For years Madame Jolivet Johnson has been using Christiane Lelaure’s songs and music in her programs with the children. Christiane is a troubadour who wandered from France to California some 30 years ago humming a tune or two. Besides her lovely voice, Christiane is a very sensitive and warm teacher who felt there was such a need for simple songs to use in the classroom. We couldn’t agree more! So thanks to Christiane, dozens of children have learned “Bonjour es tu bien réveillé?” or “Mardi Gras” and my all time favorite “Paris”. To find out more about Madame Christiane her school in Petaluma and how you can purchase her CDs and tapes please visit her website: www.bvufrench.com

Les Crêpes

INGREDIENTS

250 grammes de farine
1/2 litre de lait
30 gramme de beurre fondu
1 pincée de sel
3 oeufs

Our Recipe for
Mousse au Chocolat

Temps de cuisson: 5 minutes
Refroidissement:
2 heures
