Job Description:
French For Fun, a unique French language and cultural center, is a well regarded growing business and is looking for a

“French native speaker Péricultrice/Assistante Maternelle” (Early Childhood Assistant)

for the school year 2010-2011 and beyond.

French For Fun specializes in French Total Immersion programs starting at a very young age and provides a challenging academic curriculum. 2009 Nominee Best Specialty Schools in Contra Costa.

Position:
Full-time / Part-time “French native speaker Péricultrice/Assistante Maternelle” (Early Childhood Assistant) for students ranging from age 2 to 12 years old.

Skills:
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

• French native speaker preferred (interview to be conducted in French)
• must have completed a post-secondary Early Education Program combined with related childcare and/or preschool teaching experience. We require six (6) ECE units minimum / twelve (12) or more ECE units preferred. Certification must be presented.
• candidate must have a valid work permit. No visa sponsoring.
• able to work with children of multiple ages
• must possess cultural awareness and sensitivity must demonstrate sound work ethics
