7th Annual Celebration of Music Concert

Sunday, May 5th, at 4:00 p.m.

Location: Our Savior's Lutheran Church
1035 Carol Lane, Lafayette, CA

Free Admission / Freewill Offering.

Two special highlights this year are original music from Composer-in-Residence, Daniel Nelson, and three anthems commissioned over the past few years from composers in Texas, Georgia and Virginia. As usual, the concert will end with some fun songs, including a handbell medley of tunes from "The Wizard of Oz" and a choral setting of Lewis Carroll's beloved poem, "Jabberwocky".

It is official now, Monsieur Baimba and his wife are moving to France for a few years, so M. Baimba can finish his studies! Another "son" leaving...we will all miss him. In his honor we will have a special B DAY. Please record the date and plan on coming.

B for BRUNCH. Because of our swimmers, we have to start early.

B for BRETAGNE. The 4th graders have been studying la Bretagne this trimester. Mme Isabelle and Mme Catherine are working on a musical show with the kids. You will love it. They are so talented!

B for M. BAIMBA. His immersion classes and Madame Catherine's 4:00 pm immersion class will perform as well.
